The prize consists of the item described on the official giveaway promotional materials.
Prizes are non-transferable and no cash substitutions are permitted unless determined necessary by the Sponsor.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV) will be disclosed prior to the drawing.
Winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.
The drawing will occur on or about the date specified in the promotional materials.
Winner(s) will be notified via email or phone.
If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.

By entering, participants agree that the Sponsor may use their name, likeness, and city/state for promotional purposes without additional compensation, where permitted by law.
